Baglan Energy Park

Baglan Energy Park is the first stage of regeneration of Baglan Bay. Totalling 180 acres, the Energy Park is a well established and successful private and public sector initiative led by St. Modwen, Neath Port Talbot Council and the Welsh Government.
Situated adjacent to the M4, Baglan Bay Energy Park is emerging as one of the region’s premier business locations with a broad range of commercial tenants. These include Montagne Jenuesse, RWE and Netalogue.

Another unique selling point is the Park’s on-site power generation which provides competitively priced electricity to businesses there via a combined-cycle gas turbine power plant.

Having attracted world-class inward investment from a wide range of companies, Baglan Energy Park has won numerous awards, including , including BURA (British Urban Regeneration Award), in recognition of its sustainable regeneration best practice.

“We have state-of-the-art office facilities and a great location which connects us to our UK and international e-commerce clients. Port Talbot is also a great M4 corridor friendly location which is incredibly accessible for our employees. The local area is definitely in the midst of a powerful regeneration drive with an increasing number of leading companies locating here and we are really glad to be part of this positive change.”
